At Besholem Birth, we believe in accessible and transparent pricing for our midwifery care services. Whether you choose to pay through insurance, cash, or utilize your Health Savings Account (HSA), we offer flexible options to suit your needs.

  • New York State Insurance (Medicaid) will be accepted for payment of care once an out of network exception is obtained by my billing service

  • Covers all midwifery direct care (any labs, ultrasounds, testing, and medical care outside of my practice will be billed by that practice)

Services Available Beyond Pregnancy

  • Contraception Counseling Visit - $75

  • IUD Removal or Insertion - $250 plus cost of IUD (Mirena, Skyla, or Paragard)

  • Nexplanon Removal or Insertion - $250 plus cost of Nexplanon
